  Rocky start, but a smooth finish! I inquired about a Colorado I found on the website and set up an appointment three days later to come take a look. When I got there, the truck was still on its way. My girlfriend and I waited about 2 hours for the truck to arrive, but Heather Uvanni, my saleswoman, kept me informed the whole way. When the truck arrived, she told me they were detailing it, since she noticed how clean my trade-in was and didn’t want to put me in a vehicle that wasn’t clean yet.
  
  The test drive went well, and I was ready to proceed with the deal. Negotiations went smoothly, and I never felt like I was playing a game of tug-o-war that I couldn’t win. I got the amount I wanted for my trade, the price I wanted on the truck, and they got me approved! Three days after that, I showed up, closed the deal, and drove home in my new (to me) Chevrolet Colorado! Great truck, great service, great people! Oh, and the truck was fully detailed and ready for me when I arrived the second time. I just can’t say enough good things about the team at Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!   I forgot to mention, I came from Rome (2 hours one way) both times. Worth every minute!
